2025 - 2026
Salary Increase
• 3% ongoing salary increase effective July 1, 2025
One Time Bonus
• $1,000 - 0.8 FTE or higher
• $800 - 0.6 - 0.79 FTE
• $600 - Below 0.6 FTE
2026 - 2027
Salary Increase
• 4% ongoing salary increase effective July 1, 2026
Reopener Protection
• If the state increases LCFF funding above 3% (based on the 2026 May Revise), the parties will reopen salary negotiations for 2026 - 2027.
Additional Potential Payment
• If the state Student Support and Professional Development Discretionary Block Grant increases beyond projections, members will receive $0.20 of every additional dollar received by the District, prorated by FTE.
Benefits Improvement
100% District-paid health benefits
• New floating cap at 100% of the Kaiser rate for all three tiers
• Effective January 1, 2027
2027 - 2028

• Two additional contract articles reopened for negotiation
